| Most of the following handouts are in Microsoft Word for Windows format. In order to view these documents, you must either have Microsoft Word installed on your computer or another program (such asMicrosoft Word Viewer) that is capable of opening .doc files. To view any of these handouts, simply left-click on one of the titles below. Alternately, these files can be downloaded to your computer for later viewing by first right-clicking on one of the document names, and then selecting the "save target as" option (if you are using Internet Explorer) or "save link as" if you are using Netscape. | ||||||||||||||||||

Videos |
| The video clips are in Microsoft Video for Windows format. In order to view these clips, you must have a program (such as Windows Media Player) installed on your computer that is capable of displaying .avi files. Additionally, you will either need a set of headphones or speakers to hear the audio. To view any of these videos from within Internet Explorer, right-click on one of the topics listed below and select the "Open in New Window" option. (It will take several minutes for the video to be downloaded from the server, so please be patient.) Once the video has started playing, you can maximize the playback window by right-clicking anywhere in the window and selecting the "Full Screen" option from the pull-down menu. When finished viewing the video clip, simply hit the escape key and close the media player window. |

| Workshop Practice Files | ||
| The files listed below are intended to be used as practice materials during certain microcomputer workshops. If the instructor asks you to do so, any of these "zipped archives" can be downloaded to your computer by right-clicking on the appropriate file name and selecting the "save target as" option from within Internet Explorer. (For easy access, it is recommended that you save them to your desktop.) | ||
