- After you complete Assignment #2, use an HTML editor (such as Microsoft FrontPage
or Macromedia Dreamweaver) to create a website
advocating your policy that is consistent with the criteria in Principles of Online Policy Advocacy.
- Publish your web pages to the Internet. If you connect to the Internet through ISU, the directions for doing this are
here. If you do not connect to the Internet through ISU (or you just don't want to use the ISU server), you can use
your own organization's web server or any Internet publishing website such as GeoCities
(there is a free option).
- Send an email announcement about your
policy advocacy website to Dr. Riegle and all the other students in the class
(their email addresses are on the Student
Products page) when you are ready to have your website evaluated, but no later than
July 10. Your announcement should be consistent with the last section of Principles of Online Policy Advocacy. An active link to your website will be added to the Student
Products page.
